The front door opens into a beautiful recently renovated studio living/bedroom. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the flat screen smart TV. Smart TV allows you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. The unit is complete with a mini-frige, microwave and kuerig coffeemaker. Basics such as coffee, tea, and sugar will be available. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!

PLEASE NOTE: -This unit is attached to a main house however is completely separated with private entrance, parking, bathroom, deck, etc. -This property has a driveway for 1 car. Additional cars will need to park on the street. -The space is cooled by a window unit and heated by space heaters. The floor fan and a space heater are located in the closet! -This property has a steamer, rather than your traditional iron and board.

House Rules

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space or if there is a guest booked right behind you. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff without prior written authorization will be fined $50 per 1/2 hour. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets of any kind are subject to a $150 fine. This fine is per pet. Guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. If cameras are disabled or blocked it will result in a $200 fine and you will immediately be asked to leave the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels. Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork. We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will result in a fee. Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Immediate cancellation with no refund if you break any of the house rules.
