All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. Finally retreat to the bedroom for a glorious nights sleep in a delightful new bed and crisp, fresh sheets. Ensuite bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. Have kids? Don’t worry - we will have a pack and play ready for your visit if needed! Working? This space has a workspace with fast Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located in the living room. This property is non-smoking and drug-free. This includes E-cigarettes and any illegal substances. We highly encourage you to not rearrange any of the furniture in the home. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

House Rules

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space or if there is a guest booked right behind you. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff without prior written authorization will be fined $50 per 1/2 hour. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets of any kind are subject to a $150 fine. This fine is per pet. Please contact me upon booking if traveling with a service animal. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. If cameras are disabled or blocked it will result in a $200 fine and you will immediately be asked to leave the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels. Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork. We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will result in a fee. Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Immediate cancellation with no refund if you break any of the house rules.

Emily was a great host. The home was lovely. Everything was perfect. We have rented a few Airbnb through this house already and every experience has been great highly recommend and we will definitely book with them again.
