Welcome to our cozy and charming home in the heart of Wichita! Our home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The house features one bedroom with a comfortable King-sized bed, 42" Smart TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day, with a comfortable couch that pulls out to a Queen size bed and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services (sign in necessary). Just off the living room you have access to a private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. You can enjoy your meals at the kitchen table which seats two people. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown Wichita. You'll be close to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as local attractions like the Wichita Art Museum, Botanica and the new baseball stadium. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for our guests. Whether you're visiting Wichita for work or leisure, we're confident that you'll love staying at our home. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

* PLEASE NOTE * - This property is part of a 4 unit complex. Please note, you may experience neighboring noises. - This unit is on the second floor. There is an exterior staircase to the second floor with several steps. - This property has a communal fenced patio/yard. This space is shared among all 4 units. Please note, the grill is also shared. - This property does NOT have a washer and dryer. - This property is cooled by a window unit and portable AC unit. This - All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. - This units heat is partially controlled by the thermostat in the unit downstairs. Please make note of this. There are also wall heaters available to set to your liking.

House Rules

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space or if there is a guest booked right behind you. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff without prior written authorization will be fined $50 per 1/2 hour. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited. Guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. If cameras are disabled or blocked it will result in a $200 fine and you will immediately be asked to leave the home. Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork. We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit. Pets are not allowed at this property. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. Unauthorized pets of any kind are subject to a $150 fine. This fine is per pet. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will result in a fee. Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Immediate cancellation with no refund if you break any of the house rules.

Emily was very quick and responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Once I booked the instructions were very easy and clear to follow. Very well kept place with cute coffee shops just down the road. She also had a booklet filled with recommendations. Would definitely book again.
