My husband was in the hospital at Via Christi St Francis and this was very conveniently located so we’d be close to the hospital for all the back and forth. My only recommendation would be to bring extra blankets especially if you plan to use the couch. There are no blankets, only sheets for the couch. We didn’t use the couch but still would have preferred to have more blankets.

This was a great find. Emily’s place is full of character and nice accommodations with a nice deck and fenced yard. The pool table, record player and candy machine made it more fun. Quiet family neighborhood and felt completely safe.

Such a great and cozy place to stay, felt right at home! If I visit again I’ll be sure to look to stay here! Very attentive host, very understanding and friendly. Most definitely worth it!

Loved staying a couple of nights at this funky train caboose. Location was great and the place stayed very cozy. Super comfy bed as well. Would definitely stay here again if ever passing through Wichita.

We stayed for a mother/daughter’s Christmas shopping weekend and this place was perfect for all of us! (4 total). Great centrally located and easy to get to from anywhere. We had lots of extra space to spread out and relax while at the house and didn’t have to trip over each other! House was clean and had everything we needed! Seemed to be a pretty safe area, we never worried about leaving our vehicles parked in the driveway. Nice fenced in back yard if you need space for kids to run! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Perfect place! While completing a project we had a multi month stay at this wonderful Airbnb. Our goal was to find a place that was nice, felt like home, peaceful and clean. The property, unit and Property Manager offered more than that! The communication was unbelievable. Emily went above and beyond to communicate with us and accommodate our needs. The unit itself was very clean, updated but comfortable design without clutter and it had many special touches. The property is very peaceful and has a great community feel vs. hundreds of units. It's walkable, with restaurants near and easy driving access. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent place away from home, especially if you have an extended stay. Absolutely beautiful! This house is very spacious and a great location. So many great amenities inside. Emily went above and beyond helping us with our last minute trip and we couldn't thank her enough. I highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again!

Emily’s home was fantabulous!! We booked this home based on the size as I was hosting my son (who is in the USAF), his family and in-laws for his birthday dinner. The kitchen was absolutely a dream. Well stocked with everything you need! Literally … EVERYTHING!! I hav grapes accustomed to most Air BnB kitchens with subpar kitchen items that I often bring my own kitchen box, especially when it comes to knives. I didn’t even need to unpack my kitchen box! The cookware = AMAZING! Not cheap, worn out, junk someone else didn’t want. I had no problem cooking a meal for 10! I LOVED the fact that Emily has the kitchen stocked with GLASS bowls, plates, and drinking glasses, NOT plastic!! So much healthier and cleaner, easier to sanitize. The fridge was nice and sparkly clean! The home was immaculately clean. The beds were form, and well made. The bathrooms, well stocked with everything you need and first aid kits. Everything was awesome and served us well for our family weekend. Recommend 👍🏼

Our stay was fantastic! Emily was incredibly attentive and communicated very well before and during our trip. The apartment was spotless, just as shown in the photos, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We would recommend it without hesitation and hope to return soon.
